Elk Grove’s flagship startup competition just revealed its 16 semi-finalists—and several of them are driving breakthroughs in health, biotech, and life sciences.

The City of Elk Grove has officially announced the semi-finalists for the 2025 Pitch Elk Grove competition, following a record-breaking 70 applications from across eight Northern California counties. This year’s cohort showcases the depth and diversity of our region’s innovation ecosystem—and medical and biotech solutions are front and center.

From AI-driven neurology to non-invasive cardiac monitoring, this year’s semi-finalists reflect the incredible momentum behind health innovation in our region.
